Bali Travels
The moments of slow with my first born.
And the moments to starting figuring out who I was again, after being ‘mum’ for 15 years so far. There are moments that are could of, should of, would of and in this moment it was presence. No needing to be someone for someone else, just moments of quiet and walking slowly. Not needing to hold on to something for someone else, just moments for me… and him.
We travelled in late January and the days seemed to last forever. Isn’t time a funny thing. With only one human to look after and he is very considered, caring and independent; it felt like time expanded and the universe opened a little gateway of previous moments up.
Some of my Bali photos can be found over on my Etsy shop or otherwise on the Photographic Prints page here. I do hope that you love the photography as much as I enjoyed spending this time on location in the heaven that is Bali.

creativity - travel - time spent - inspired
Bali was more than what I was expecting, The country side on the roads to the north east of the country towards Selat really ignited something in me. Something that had laid dormant since the arrival of domesticated life and four children. The escapism, the feeling you get when you are feeling, seeing and indulging your senses in the moments of time spent travelling.
I will do another JOURNAL soon of all the places we visited that really were beautiful and the places that were not so, but hold more meaning that I can explain. Would you also be interested in a travel with teens JOURNAL?
My Limited Edition Bali prints can either be found HERE or on my ETSY shop.
launching soon…
my EDITS and JOURNALS for a few of my favourite things (not just my Fortnightly Fav’s - on a side note, I do promise that these will actually become fortnightly) but also all the things that I know, love, have found and genuinely USE.
I have found myself in the flow of my business, the one that has baulked, stalled, flattened and escaped me every time I think I can. But at the moment, this is my only option, there is no such thing as failure, just a change of course + I really am so pleased.
