This online journal accepts forms of cash, advertising, sponsorships, paid insertion and other forms of compensation. The compensation may influence advertising contact, topics or conversations made on this online journal. This content, post or writing may not always be identified as paid or sponsored.
The owner (Ellen Greer) of this online journal/website is compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though the owner of this online journal and website receives compensation for our posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs or experiences on those topics or products. The views expressed on this blog/website are purely the writers own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. This website does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.
Returns Policy
Please do choose your artwork carefully as Ellen Greer studio does not accept returns. Of course we want you to be MORE than happy with your chosen piece/s so please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your piece and we can try to work with you for the best outcome.
Ellen Greer studio do not accept any return based on artwork ageing. This can be at times the nature of the piece.
All our artwork is handled with the utmost care. Like us, artworks do age and will continue to age. From the painting film and priming, loss of fabcric and canvas support and expansion and absortion of moisture in the air. All can lead to cracks forming or discolouration. Send any images that you are concerned about to eg@ellengreer.com.au and we will work together for the best possible outcome. If you are concerned about damage on receipt of your artwork, please take photos of the packaging before opening it (particularly if it has been shipped to you).
Shipping Estimates
Ellen Greer only ships to Australia and New Zealand. For all shipping costs contact the studio directly on eg@ellengreer.com.au
We work to pack and send your orders within 2 to 4 working days. We will keep you updated along the way with when your order has been despatched. If we have organised custom framing for you, please allow up to 4 weeks for this as we work with our framer to coordinate this.
Damaged Goods
Where an artwork is found to be damaged please contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the situation. If the packaging of your artwork appears damaged on arrival, please take photos of the packaging (before opening it) and send them to the studio eg@ellengreer.com.au and we will work with you to remediate the potential damage to the artwork.
Ellen Greer (B Communications) has worked in house and freelance since 2003 both in Australia and London.
